I (Alonzo) first heard about the Jennette from iCarly on Nickelodeon in September 2007. I was very excited about the show and when I saw Jennette in action as Sam, I knew thta this was a star in the making. She had uncommon timing and zest for a young actress. Here was a relatively unknown actress that had great talent and a fairly long and impressive film and TV resume. It seemed like the perfect opportunity to build my first star fan site. I began learing more about iCarly and Jennifer. The more I learned the more I felt that this was the opportunity to build a specific celebrity fan site.

Jennette appeared in the first airing of iCarly on September 8, 2007. The show was funny and innovative, and Jennette was fantastic as Sam, Carly's trouble making best friend. It cinched the deal for me to build this site. I then registered Jennette-mccurdy.com because I felt that t his would become a popular domain. I then began building the layout. The rest, hopefully, will be history.

Look for updates and changes to happen on this site. We'll do our best to add and update the news, bio, pictures, and clips that are available for Jennette. I hope to be running this site for a long time.
